How long will it take to receive your purchased goods?
All customer orders will be sent out within 1-2 business days after ordering, shipping procedures are only arranged on workdays.
Domestic Shipping
At present, we deliver all local orders by UPS courier, and local regular receiving time is 3-7 business days.
International Shipping
All orders sent overseas are delivered by DHL international express, and regular overseas receiving time is 4-21 business days.
We remind all buyers that international shipping is rather slow, and customs procedures will greatly change the actual transit time.
Preppy Prodigy will not pay for any customs fees and tax expenses buyers face during international shipping.
